Prior Park
Prior Park is owned by the National Trust and is a delight to visit. There is a beautiful Palladian bridge, of which there are only four in the world. Either side of the bridge are two lakes full of wildlife and fish. The view of the lake, bridge and house are iconic. The bridge was created in the 18th century by local entrepreneur Ralph Allen, with guidance from the prominent figures of the time, architect ‘Capability’ Brown and the poet Alexander Pope.
