It’s no wonder in a city which inspired the likes of Jane Austen that there’s a great literary scene. The choice of books at Mr B’s Book Emporium is impressive and there are plenty of nice little touches which you don’t find in a standard chain book store. There are also a number of author’s talk nights. The owners are lovely and friendly, and there is free coffee and comfy armchairs.
